Love others as yourself

Love others as yourself. When it comes to anger, we can say that we all carry a lot of it, a lot of it. Either for the world's problems or for our own. We all have a little or a lot of anger accumulated, mainly because we can't go around slapping each other left and right, neither through nor through, which is, in a way, sometimes a pity, you know? We already know that negative feelings corrode and wear us down more than they do others, and yet we persist in grieving, complaining, ordering around, complaining, and we take revenge, if we don't take revenge...but on things we shouldn't. Revenge at work, on neighbors, shouting at the TV, at coffee, at friends' dinners. Revenge on food, on meals, on barbecues, on alcohol, on sweets, on snacks, all good things, that in less than 2 times, are increasing even more our anger, for the conscience that insists on not letting us feel good, nor rested.
